Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon Now Backward Compatible On Xbox One

Some days we get three or four smaller games announced for backward compatibility. Others we get a neon-powered, cyborg-starring, giant dinosaur shooting game. Today is that day. The second one. Not the first one.

Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon (our review) stars Michael Biehn as Rex “Power” Colt in the far flung future of 2007. There, he’ll have to face off against former ally Colonel Sloan, who is working to take over the world.

Set against an original soundtrack by Power Glove, this spinoff started as an April Fools Joke. When it launched in 2013, it was a deadly serious good time. You can revisit it today on Xbox One.
