E3 2017 Weekend Recap

EA and Microsoft got a jumpstart on E3 2017 this weekend. Here’s all the big news, trailers, and more.

EA was the first publisher to show off its wares to the E3 masses, focusing in on new content for Battlefield 1, the next – and reportedly supersized – version of Star Wars Battlefront, and the company’s illustrious library of sports titles. Microsoft followed things up on Sunday with a deluge of game trailers including Crackdown 3, State of Decay 2, and the long-awaited return of Cuphead. However, the biggest news from MS was the official release date and price announcement of the Xbox One X, which is coming on November 7 for a hefty $499.
